By using The Table you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What The Table is
Chemat Technology Inc. operates The Table, an educational site about casino table games. It is not a casino and does not offer real-money gambling, wagering or prizes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if it is higher, to use the site. You are responsible for knowing whether gambling is legal where you are.
3. Education only
Lessons, trainers and videos teach rules, strategy and odds. Nothing on the site is gambling, financial or legal advice. House edges and payouts shown are typical rounded figures for standard rules, and real casinos vary, so check the rules at the table you plan to play. No strategy guarantees a win, and every casino table game has a house edge. Please read our Responsible Gambling page.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and tell us at support@wintablegames.com if you suspect someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account, and each account is for one person.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk, resell or share access, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or use the site to cheat, defraud or harm others, including casinos and other players.
6. Our content
The lessons, text, design, trainers, software and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. Third-party videos belong to their owners, are embedded under YouTube’s terms, and do not imply endorsement.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without payment or credit.
8. Paid memberships
The Player tier is free. Two paid tiers give you access to additional lessons and tools:

Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
Billing and renewal. You pay by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Your membership renews automatically every month at the current price until you cancel. We charge you when you subscribe and on each monthly renewal date, and by subscribing you authorize those recurring charges.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@wintablegames.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Personal use. Paid lessons, videos and materials are for your own use and may not be shared or resold.
9. No guarantees
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses you incur anywhere. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the site and close your account at any time by contacting support@wintablegames.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the site. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, including 6, 9, 10 and 12, will.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. Using the site after a change takes effect means you accept it.
