Baccarat Scoreboard Basics
Reading the scoreboard is a fun way to follow the shoe, but it cannot predict the next hand. Every hand is independent, and the house edge stays the same whatever the board shows.
What the video covers
- Big Road. A run of the same winner goes down one column. When the winner flips, a new column starts.
- Ties. On the Big Road a tie is ignored, apart from a green slash on the last result.
- Dragon tails. A column longer than six rows bends to the right along the bottom. The derived roads ignore the bend.
- Big Eye Boy. Red means the Big Road repeated an earlier pattern, and blue means it broke. For a new column, compare the lengths of the last two columns. Otherwise compare the cell one column back with the cell above it.
- Small Road. The same idea, looking two columns back.
- Cockroach Pig. The same idea, looking three columns back.
Note: the video calls red 'predictable' and blue 'chaotic'. This site says repeat and break, because the marks only describe what already happened. The presenter also says patterns do not help, and this site agrees.
Practice
The practices are part of the Active plan. Practice builds skill with the boards. It does not change the odds of the next hand.
